How do I download my digital files after purchase?

After completing your transaction, you will be directed to a new page where you can download your files. Additionally, you will receive an email containing the files and a link to download them. If you have any issues accessing your files, please refer to the FAQ page included at the time of downlads for instructions.

Can I get a refund for digital downloads?

All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. Please make sure to review the product description and preview any available samples before making your purchase.

Can I use the digital downloads for commercial purposes?

The digital downloads available on our store are for personal use only. If you would like to obtain a commercial license for any of our products, please contact us for special accommodations. We will be happy to assist you with your request.

Shipping & Processing Time

All orders, excluding custom orders, will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Some custom orders require additional time, and the shipping details will be discussed during the planning process. Delivery Time

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your package has left our care and has been sent out via post, we are not liable for any loss or damage. However, if your package goes missing or is lost, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in replacing your items.

Insurance Coverage

All packages sent via USPS are guaranteed up to $100 in insurance coverage for damages that occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Please let us know if you would like our support in this process.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

To remeber

Most items in my shop are handmade by me and by trusty iPad Pro and silhouette machine. If you have a request I do require a 2 week timeframe I order to make your item to your expectations. A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of production and the other 50% will be required prior to releasing your item. All drafts and communications of the item, if digitally made will have a watermark on it until all payments aren't released. Please send me a message to start your special project.
